On-premise
Every part of Optomo runs in your network: scheduling, policy, cases, the audit trail and the workers. Nothing leaves your infrastructure, and Optomo has no access to it.
Cloud
The control plane runs in Optomo's cloud and holds scheduling, policy, the case record and the audit trail. We host it in the EU or in your region, as we do for customers in South America. It sends your workers commands. They send back telemetry, never business payloads.
If you choose our cloud, business data still stays in your estate
Workers execute inside your network. The control plane, in our cloud in the EU or in your region, holds scheduling, policy, the case record and the audit trail. By default, case content and agent reasoning stay in your estate, and screen recordings are off until you turn them on. Model providers are called under your keys.
What Optomo never sees
- Business payloads processed by workers. Documents and records stay on your VMs and in your core systems. The control plane sends commands and receives telemetry. Screen recordings are off by default. When you enable them, they are the exception and are stored in the control plane, in the EU or in your region.
- Model prompts and outputs. Calls go to the provider you configure, under your keys and your contract. By default, agent reasoning stays in your estate, and the control plane records that a call was made and what it cost, not what was said.
- Credentials held in your vault. The worker agent fetches a secret at execution time from your secrets store; Optomo holds the reference name and the access policy, not the secret.
